Our assessment prior to your fitness session assesses your body’s most vital processes, major organ systems and essential nutrient levels to pinpoint imbalances that lead to disease. The results reveal root causes of any symptoms you may have and also serve as a great tool to gauge overall health.

2. Fitness & Nutrition Sessions

Unlike other commercial or do-it-yourself programs, our combination of Fitness & Nutrition Sessions doesn’t leave you hanging once you have reached your goal weight. Our philosophy is to make sure that you keep your new, healthy weight for life.

3. Nutrition Sessions

Research has proven that individuals who lost weight by integrating a meal plan were more successful at maintaining their goal weight than those who did not follow a meal plan.

4. Personal Chef Sessions

$200-$360 per week |  Customized personal chef services in home or at location serving a meal for four individuals

5. Customized Online Program

$200 per month  |  Complete with exercises resistance/cardio programs w/ demos, nutritional plans and breakdowns, live video chat and coaching.

6. The Ultimate Package

+/- $150 per month   |  30 days of 6 meals and 3 snack nutrition guidance.  Complete with a cookbook, recipes, grocery list, and nutritional breakdown of all menus.


Meeting with your Trainer

You’ll start meeting with your trainer by phone or via teleconferencing at a time convenient for you. You’ll receive a customized nutritional profile, a meal plan (including recipes and grocery list recommendations).

By putting what you’ve learned into practice and developing good eating habits, you’ll start seeing real, long-lasting results.
